Browsing for personal information is permitted; copying, republishing, commercial reuse, or presenting materials as another party's work requires prior written permission unless the law expressly allows it.

Visitors must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape it abusively, or use its content unlawfully. Third-party names, works, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

SC Vision Kasse SRL may process identity and contact data, property or project address, measurements, selected services, budget or estimate details, notes, communications, and technical security data supplied when a visitor uses the calculator, contacts the business, or browses the website.

The purposes are to answer enquiries, prepare and discuss an offer, select or coordinate relevant specialists, deliver requested services, keep necessary business records, secure and maintain the website, prevent abuse, and establish or defend legal claims.

Depending on the situation, processing is based on steps requested before entering a contract or performance of a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), compliance with legal duties (Article 6(1)(c)), the legitimate interests in operating and securing the business and defending rights (Article 6(1)(f)), or consent (Article 6(1)(a)) where the law requires it. Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

The form's required data is necessary to send and answer the project brief; without it the online request cannot be submitted. The business does not use the submitted brief for solely automated decisions or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

Data may be accessed only as needed by authorized personnel and relevant project specialists, and by contracted providers supporting hosting, email delivery, security, IT maintenance, accounting, or legal compliance. It may also be disclosed to public authorities where the law requires it. Service providers must process data under applicable confidentiality, security, and data-protection obligations.

Providers may process data in Romania, the European Economic Area, or, where necessary, outside it. Any transfer outside the EEA must rely on a lawful GDPR mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards; information about the applicable safeguard can be requested from the operator.

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no internet transmission is risk-free. Data is kept only for as long as needed to answer and manage the request, perform a contract, meet tax, accounting, or other legal retention duties, resolve disputes, and protect legal rights; it is then deleted or anonymized when no lawful reason to retain it remains.

Subject to the conditions in applicable law, a person may request access to and a copy of their data, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or withdrawal of consent, and may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Requests can be sent to contact@capitale.ro; identity may be verified before a request is completed.

A person may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP) or another competent EU supervisory authority. Exercising these rights does not affect any other administrative or judicial remedy.

The calculator provides an indicative starting estimate, not a final quotation. Displayed values exclude VAT and may change after measurements, technical documents, supplier information, permits, site conditions, requested timing, and project complexity are reviewed.

Sending a brief does not place an order, require payment, or by itself conclude a binding contract. Scope, deliverables, timetable, total price and taxes, payment, intellectual-property use, termination, and any other project terms must be agreed in a separate offer or contract.

Where a consumer later concludes a distance or off-premises service contract, the mandatory information and withdrawal rights under Romanian Emergency Ordinance 34/2014 and other applicable consumer law apply, including the 14-day withdrawal period where applicable and its statutory exceptions. Nothing on this website limits mandatory consumer rights.

Romanian consumers may also contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) and may use the ANPC alternative dispute resolution procedure (SAL), where applicable. The former EU ODR platform was discontinued and Regulation (EU) 524/2013 was repealed from 20 July 2025, so an obsolete ODR link is not provided.
